Response to this inaugural cross-disciplinary conference has been fantastic. In fact, interest has been far beyond all of our expectations and we have sold out!Given the extraordinary interest in this landmark event, and that collaboration and sharing are key values underlying this conference,we will be making all plenary and master lectures available via webstream. This way, we are able to share the content of the conference to those who cannot come due to cost, limited space or personal reasons.For those of you attending the conference in person, we look forward to seeing you there.
